Online marketers - Want to make some money?

Hey fellow online marketers!

Calling for smart online internet gurus. We are a sports consulting company looking for online marketing experts to help find us leads. We pay for these leads that you bring us. We don't really care how you obtain them, just get them to us, we will do the work.

We are looking for people to create landing pages, squeeze pages, splash pages, blogs, small mini websites & what ever else it is that you do to get opt-ins. We are looking for smart individuals that can work with google adwords to get people to opt-in. We are looking for people that can create their own unique website/page that will scream out ... OPT-IN HERE!!! If you can rank the keywords we tell you, even better!

We pay between $1-$3 per lead. Depending on how good you are at getting them to us. The person who finds us the most leads, will in-turn make the most. Not rocket science. The leads we are looking for are "First Name" & "Phone Number" Emails are alright, we pay much less for those.

We have wayyyy to much on our plate this year to experiment with landing pages & websites. We don't have the time to optimize several websites for several keywords. So, instead we thought we would have the real experts do it for us, then we can pay for the leads as they come in.

Yes... we will pay for the leads up-front. So.. You skype us and say... Hey John, I just got 17 leads for you today, I will then pay you the money up-front, then you send them over to us. It's really that simple!

Also, we will give you all of the keywords we are targeting so you know which of them to target. If someone else is working a keyword, we will tell you. That way you are not competing against each other.

I thought this was a good idea for our company. Let me know what you experts think? Can this work? If not, tell me why, then we can revise the plan.
