    Just search "submit url+the name of the search engine" on google, you will find those links. But you simply do not need to submit urls to search engines because search engines are smart enough to crawl your sites after they are live on web.

    Create an XML sitemap for your website & submit it in the Google, Yahoo & Bing webmaster tool. It will help you to get crawl your website by these 3 search engine crawlers..
