There is no way to know precisely when and how Google will look at your backlink profile, but if you can judge at a glance that it covers almost as many domains as backlinks, you're probably okay without having to fuss over who is using which IP addresses.

The only problem facing link building is IP problem because everyone in SEO team using same IP and Google consider it as Spam. the only solution for this problem is to assign different dedicated IP either physical or virtual and each member has to have different IP.

IP problem is basic in SEO. If we want to build link for a site then we must check the IP of Site with the help of IP Checker and find the different IP site and link or site on different IP for better ranking.
