Reach Local

Can anyone give me some positive feedback regarding Reach Local (other than a Reach Local Employee) i am considering using them for a marketing campaign, and am based in the UK.
I have read some negative feedback, but understand that nothing is perfect. However, before making the decision to use RL i would like to hear some good news (if there are any) stories

I tried 3 different internet marketing firms before I was referred to ReachLocal. I have been using them for 8 or 9 months now, and aside from the woman who handles my account who is over agressive and arrogant, the product actually works way better than any other SEM product Ive used. They have some pretty unbelievable technology, they have a bid management system that apparently makes thousands of bid adjustments each month, and all I know is my CPL has gone way down and my ROI is way up...finally. They also apparently plug into tons of secondary publishers and search engines for some super cheap leads that you would never get on your own. I also love the analytics and phone call recording, that has helped a lot. I read some negative reviews about them as well before i signed up, but I guess any company that is this big will have some bad reviews. The bottom line is, its not the sales rep who manages your account (thank g-d) its all their proprietary technology that does it, and it has worked wonders for me so far

Help I have the daemon up and running on a server third party, not a local server. When I attempt to login, I get the error The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost.

Can someone please help me?
