Im totally new to Internet Marketing. Can some one please explain the Share a Sale program and EXACTLY how it works. I see people talking about products to sell, do they give you a website, do you create your own or is it banner advertising. Please advise.

It's pretty much like a middleman that works between the affiliates and the merchants. The affiliate gets payments from ShareASale for the sale brought to the merchant from the affiliates website. The merchant pays ShareASale for the sale plus extra fee.

As an affiliate marketer, it is usually useful to have your own website or blog which already has a good amount of traffic on a regular basis.

When you join sharasale.com, you will be able to browse through hundreds of merchants who are willing to pay you different ways like PPC (Pay Per Click), PPS ( Pay Per Sale), etc...

It is a good way to find credible merchants. You are also guaranteed to get paid because sharasale monitors all the tracking and they are the ones who will pay you on behalf of the merchant.

The down side is that merchants have to pay a lot of money to implement this program into their website, so as an affiliate this could take money straight out of your pocket.

Shareasale is an Affiliate site that lets you decide on which merchants to promote and how to promote them, and when commissions are generated, and one thing shareasale has a strict “No Software” policy which means you will not have to deal with affiliates utilizing Adware, Toolbars, or other desktop software.

This error will occur when the vtiger could not be connected to the specified mail server. To test whether your mail server can be accessible or not by ping your-mail-server. If you can ping your mail server then there will be no problem in connecting your mail server through the vtiger.
