I suppose that first of all you need to decide which domain name extension you would like to get and only then and according to that you can start your search for the domain name registrar.

I agree with the above. I prefer GoDaddy. decent prices, and I've never had trouble with getting available domains.

I get mine from Namecheap. Its a trustworthy site which offers cheap domains, true to its name. I am also registering domains in internetbs because they are a bit cheaper but I must say both are good and I never had a problem with them.

Always keep your hosting and domain separate.

I always buy domains from GoDaddy.com This website is authentic and reliable. Contact with them and buy best names with standard rates. The prices for .com, .info or special domains are different. You need only credit card to buy any domain. Search the best required name for your domain and check the available rates for each domain or suggested domains.

I use Email.biz most of the time, usually $10 for each. Any hour I can grab a name and point to my server. then I just email host and have him to set the DNS. My host offers domain name services for 12 dollars, cost plus his time. But if its 3 am and my buddies and I decide we have to grab that name.. Email.biz works fine for me…

    Hello Lev,
In my opinion, Go daddy and Hostgator are the best brands when it comes to domain names and web hosting.
As a domain name is a very important constraint in a website, choosing a proper one is mandatory. I bought my domain name and hosting services from Hostgator. I would suggest you check them out.
