I can't seem to find any affiliate programs in the 'make money online' niche that are either in spanish or have a spanish translation. Can anyone help? I'm thinking of making one if I can't find one...

Just translate a current one into Spanish (or any language for that matter) and use it as your landing page then simply link directly to the order form. :-)

Nice thread!

ClickBank said that they are planning to implement their order form in several other languages and the publisher could choose which language he wants the order form to be.

About time too!

Q. for Neb: Arenīt prices of $20 - USD$197 too heavy for the Indian economy? Probably a weeks wages for many people. Did you adjust your prices to suit that economy?

Problem is that the product had better be 100% spanish or whatever target language you are marketing too also. Otherwise the returned products might be pretty high.

how do those "translator" things work, anyone know? how accurate are those?

I have found online translator software such as babelfish to be horribly inaccurate.

I would think the "live translation" (done by real people) would be proper and accurate but I do not have any experience with them.

Same as any espanol speaking economy, but......

When I had my moneymaking site we took opt-in's., and TONS of optins came from India.

Also, whenever I hire someone to do something, they are in India. They are so computer tech savy there, by the millions.

Let me sum it up in a few words:

They vary from very regular to very CRAP!

The manual translations are probably very good.
But via internet they are not cheap.
I think I have seen some on elance and you might get
a better price plus people who know your niche market.
This is very important because there are a lot of nuances
in the phrasing of a sentence to make it work.

Letīs face it - our business is words.
It is hard enough in English to market, so if you donīt have a 100% grasp
of a foreign language, forget keyword marketing and you will probably have to employ someone to help you big time.

Opt-ins are one thing sales are another.
Did you get the same sales ratio for over there at US market prices?

I agree with the tech savvy stuff - they are magicians.

Made an inquiry to CB about whether they accepted publishing products in other languages and as to whether they would have other language checkout pages. Here is the (limited) response:

"We do require that the main pages be in English, however, the publisher can offer alternate languages."

As ever, leaves us with new questions!

He signed up under another name during the time he was banned. That was the wrong move.

LOL!

G2.........where you been?

Are you saying I am on a "power trip"?

Hardly.

Cola doesn't know how to behave like an adult. He has had many strikes and this latest incident was the last straw as far as I am concerned.

He may be re-instated at some point but his actions after being banned changed the dynamics of the situation.

Sure you are. You're not being civil towards BD, banning people without reason or warning, and in spamming our PM boxes with your affiliate links, demanding we click on them.

...oh wait...

Exactly. I have no idea (hence the oh wait...) what the "powertrip" is in reference to.

All sarcasm aside, you've become a better Mod now than you have been the entire time I've been here at eWealth, Colin. Well done. It seems this is an opportunity to grow and develop for us all (admins aren't untouchable! ).

Ah-ha!

I couldn't detect the sarcasm.

I freely admit that I have been less than civil to BD in the past but those days are long gone. :)

As for the other two items.........I would never dare such tactics.

Thanks for the kind words.........the dawn of the new day at eWealth is working out quite nicely. :)

Hi Guys,

Seems this thread got a little off-topic, but just wanted to mention that one of the affiliate programs I manage has both a spanish landing page and spanish language banners and creatives.

Western Union Debit Card. Also a great product, get a debit card with absolutely not credit neccessary. Don't even need a bank account. The payout is based only on application (card issuance doesn't matter at all).

Check the link in my sig. Shoot me an email and tell me you're from ewealth, and we can even talk about a quick way to double the commission payout.

Thanks Dave,

Just an FYI, I ran a tarot site for a few years (I know you guys are shocked that Biff is so spiritual LOL!) and 80% + traffic was central and south America and it was a LOT of traffic. Find something that converts with those visitors and you've won the lottery. Even CPA offers for those countries would do well.

~B

On a side note. Biff had considered in the past creating a common enemy sock puppet for BD and CS to see if they would join forces and kick ass. I figured it was a no-brainer and decided 'why bother?'

I think its a complete waste of time.
