I've built review sites, and have a few. The best tip I can give ya is to keep it keyword enriched. Make sure you almost spam the main keywords you use throughout your site. It will give you better SEO, and more traffic for the keywords you pick.

Why don't you try building a list of potential keywords, then test them all in a search numbers tool like the overture keyword search tool (http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/) to see how many people are searching using those keywords, then search for them in the main search engines to see how much competition there is.
When you've identified a handful of keywords for which there are large search numbers but not much competition, those are the ones to use in your page.
Go to your main competitors sites (competing for those particular keywords, not the product) and do a keyword density analysis. Make sure your keyword density exceeds there's but only by a little. Keyword density analyser (http://www.ranks.nl/tools/spider.html)
Use one keyword phrase per page unless you have to fit them all into one page, but it still has to be readable by a human.
Use your keyword phrase in: keyword meta tags - some search engines still use them, the description meta tag, even google uses this in the organic rankings, the page title, once in bold, once in italics, once in a H1 heading, in any ALT desc's or image file names, try to use it towards the top of the page most.
Try doing a search for SEO keyword use, there'll be a ton of advice like this out there and have aread in the SEO section - http://www.ewealth.com/forumdisplay.php?f=26

If you are creating an ebook from scratch i would suggest oursourcing as much of your product as possible.
