While checking my stats this morning on my blog I had a number of new traffic from a local blog.

http://westseattleblog.com/blog/?p=1074

Basicly accusing me of gumming up the web. While the free linkback was nice, It is kinda urking me. This bring's me to two issues.

1. What kind of ego do you have to have to think I'm the only person interested in x cart. With over 50k seaches a month about x cart. How can some pompus blogger think I'm the only one who wants to know about x cart. They sure don't know anything about keyword research. As far as that goes ANYONE can RIP articles out of the local news paper and call it a "blog". I like to think I do more the regirgitate news paper articles for content.

2. Free blogging, there is no such thing as blogging for free. You can "pretend your free" attrach visitors. Then pop the ads in, why not put the ads up in the first place. Everyone here knows money will always motivate your efforts. I bet within a year the blog has an ad of some kind. Of course they are most likely getting paid to post about local businesses, And pretending they do it for "free".

Maybe I'm wrong maybe I should just work for free. I should expect the plumber work for free too. I mean only the good plumber is the free plumber. I'm betting if the plumber is free it's not a good plumber.

Since I posted my profile about being from west seattle only 2 days ago and this person found me on the search engine from that information. I think I know a little more about SEO and the information I provide then they think. :finger:

All of those news sources he quotes on his blog are ad driven.

He's just another pompous, holier-than-thou, pseudo-intellectual, miserable, communist blogger with a wordpress installation. Don't worry about it.

BTW, I like the concept of your hosting wars web site.

Thanks dude, Last year I went through three lesser hosting companies. Before going with a big hosting company. Had to ditch my adult stuff or pay for an adult host$$$$. It was made out of frustration. Setting up 20 sites 3 times a year is a chore for sure.

Un-be-fucking-lievable

Adrian does a tremendous service with Keywordcents by sharing his hard fought knowledge and this chump decides to bash him for throwing some Adsense on his site?

Outrageous!

Adrian..........keep up the good work my friend. :)

Nothing irks me more than people who hate on others for making cash.

I am however going to test the strength of the West Seattle Blog's viewpoint when I go to Cheetahs this afternoon.

"What!!?!! You are charging me for a lapdance?"

"You know it is strippers like you who are clogging up VIP rooms across America".

I will let you all know how that works out.

Success haters piss me off. Instead of doing something constructive like learning from someone better, they lower the opponent's credibility (usually only in their own eyes) and feel better about being a failure.
