In my opinion this will happen:

1. Microsoft will buy out Google and Overture and average cost per click will sky rocket
2. The adult market will be too regulated and it will be much harder to make money in the adult industry. But the adult sites will get more interactive, hi-tech and innovative and this will drive it forward.
3. The retail part of the online market will sky boom as more and more people get internet and go online.
4. Lots of changes will be made to appeal to the Asian market which will boom.
5. Affiliate Marketing will innovate by finding new ways and mediums to sell products besides the traditional PPC, which will have too much competition to sell.
6. And eWealth will be the most popular affiliate message board on the net

What are your predictions?

Microsoft has been a value trap for years.

Google? Amazed thet have done as well as they have.

If these two merge will it be like Sears/Kmart or would it be like Wal*mart and Kohles?

Everyone complains about spam yet google is placed on tons of sites.

Think I actually found this site from a google advert.

Will google be like Kleenex? Will people say they google even if lycos makes a comeback?

It would be nice if Deep Purple or UFO made a come back. But like microsoft they are more about the past. Or Should I be compairing Micro to the Rolling Stones? Big Bang moving more copies then "You are Here" or "Return of the Deep".

Those are some great predictions Lev. There are certainly going to be some major changes. I wish I had a crystal ball.

I will buy Microsoft after they buy Google and Overture. Then i appoint Lev to run Google and Colin to run Overture.

And i sit back and watch the money roll in!!! :)

That's all i have right now.

I love the music references you make. :)

Anti-trust issues will keep MSFT from getting together with any major companies.

the human species will have physically evolved and the keyboard and mouse will need to be re-engineered to fit our needs
