The top imagery, it's a flash movie. It looks great.
btw, did you get my email about my adwords tracking code? I've got 14 procash sales last week that I can't account for. No idea what keywords converted.

It would be more convincing if the 'state' box for user input was prefilled with the chosen state, or maybe remove it altogether for the state-specific results.

Your louisianalogo for the Louisiana page isn't showing up. It looks like
you forgot to add the .gif to the image name, causing a broken image to
show on the page.

I think those targeted pages will convert bad without changing the 'state' box as mentioned above - to fit the header that talks about specific state court records.
Otherwise - it looks more as a marketing trick than a real 'state' kind of search. it's like telling the customer: "we really just wanted your attention with our header". Nothing more, dummy.

did you already try this? do you have proof?
I recently finished setting up a campaign for california, and conversions are amazing

I set up state targetted pages for every state with relevant content on
these pages, but Google wants $5 or $10 minimum bid, that is not going
to happen. Guess they want to keep showing all the sites that just copy
the vendors site on their site, rather than have sites with relevant content.
All this s*** about the quality score is a bunch of bull****. Some of the
results I see on Adwords are ridiculous, like the one I mentioned the other
day when I did a search for 'illinois birth records' and got this site on
Adwords: birth--records.com . If that is what they want to show with their
quality score, then they have a lot of work to do with improving their
results.

When I search for any state birth records, criminal records, court records,
etc every result I see is just a site with a search form which wants more
money to get the results. No content really at all on these sites. I
created some pages with actual content where people can get more
information on these topics, how is my site less relevant than all of these
other sites. Google's quality score just does not make any sense to me
at all with the results I am seeing. I believe with all the changes Google
has made, someone will be coming out with a good service that will
provide what affiliates are looking for. There are a lot more places to
advertise online than just Adwords. Time to begin testing some of these
other advertising sources.

I feel your pain, Wayne. :) I'm thinking your domain is flagged, like mine. It's futile to try to get bid prices down. I have to get a new domain.

You may be right about the domain being flagged. I'm going to be out of
town for the weekend, but when I get back I think I will get me a new
domain and see if I can get different results from Adwords with the new
domain.

I've purchased a new domain and will get it all set up after I get back
from the weekend. Will be interesting to see what minimum bids I get
with the new site.
