Website Design: squeeze page backgrounds

Hi Everybody:

I was wondering if someone here could tell me how to create these latest craze squeez page backgrounds that usually just present the title of the site or product diagonally at 45° sloping upwards to the right and integrate it with the colors that they do.

Si there some software available or is this really easily done?

Create your image, then just use CSS to tile it across the bacground.
