FTP Login issues

I'm having problems logging in to a server with a FTP program.

Where it says i put in,

Host name : hosting.bluegenesis.com
username: *****
Pass: *****
Port: 21
Timeout: 115sec
Initial host folder : ?



From the website i installed a Template to my domain and named it /public

Any ideas?

You probably have the wrong hostname, username, or password.

Well i bought the name from bluegenesis.com, and when i login thru the site i get Hosting.bluegenesis.com in the address bar.

You must have got your password wrong or verify your password again with them as this might help you
