I write this all here as I'm posting it on my blog. Kinda long winded today :lol: (see you can do two thing's at once).
I was surfing earlier at a forum. I came across KaXoom (http://ads.kaxoom.com/redirect?id=9073819815) A content ads system. Like adsense and yahoo ads (released Oct 18th). Not one for patients. I thought I'd give it a try. Very cool ads. A lot more appealing then adsense. Face it adsense is everywhere. And most people have adapted their banner blindness to adsense. Same F'n boxes on about half the web pages around. My biggest problem with adsense (it might be just me) even though I used the content targeting on my blog. They only show ads for the "blog" keyword. If the bot was actually reading my page it would not find blog anywhere in my "content section" . Now that I joined KaXoom (http://ads.kaxoom.com/redirect?id=9073819815) and can see what's on the inside. I'll run through some feature, so you know if it's right for your site.

I got immediate sign-up-. It did not take 3 days to get "approved".
Has Standard ads, Marquee ads, pop-up, pop-under, exit pages- (adult sponsors understand the power of exit pages, it's about time content ads caught up with mainstream)
1-10 ads displayed- no more 1-5 only. You can fill the top half with ads.
Ads targeted by Category(27)- I love that. Since the google bot couldn't seem to get it right.
Ad Dimensions- you pick enter the number no more fitting a box.
Ad border- no more 1px border only. AND no more "ads by google"
A straight 60% of revenue.- No more 30-50% depending on time of day.
$50.00 payout via paypal. If your just starting out $100.00 is a long way out. I'll do a little math on my adsense stats so far. At my current rate it would take 77,000 impressions to get to $100.00. My gram ma converts better then that.
It will be a couple days before I can get some numbers.
For advertisers the CPC seems pretty good. I liked adsense because the high EPC. I disliked adwords for the same reason(cpc). It is not as targeted. But $.05 semi-targeted can be better then $2.00 targeted.
