I think phpbb is the best among these and eventhought i am not a member theer, i have gone through the site and it's a nice one

I like smf there is a hosting service that will set it up for you for free.You might want to check them out good luck.

I strongly feel that mybb or the IPB 1.x free version are the two best free software out there.

If you're going paid, vbulletin all the way.

I think phpBB is the best by far. It's what's used the most and everyone I know that uses it loves it.

phpbb is the free one so use it other wise for v bulletin you have to pay.
