Which credit card billing option to choose?

What is the best credit card billing option available to me? I'm planning on having subscription based services on my website.

Although I have a US-based permanent address as well as bank account, I am mostly in Pakistan, so I'm looking for a service that can accept Pakistan-based web businesses. It helps me because if they need to mail something to me or get in touch with me via the phone, then I can give them my Pakistan-based address & phone number.

Also, I've got a PayPal account...but they've apparently setup some new security restrictions. It doesn't let me do any payments from my account to websites or other PayPal accounts if I access it from a Pakistani IP address :sad:

Look into 2CheckOut - that's what I used for international subscriptions (recurring billing option).
