Are you listed in any affiliate networks? You can try setting up Nettraction for your affiliate tracking, we have a corner for them here on ewealth

The best way to attract affiliates, at least for digital products, is search for sites that are in a same niche as you are and do a whois on them and send them emails letting them know about your program and what you offer.
