Newbie Conversion Question

Hi ive been promoting some affiliate for a few weeks now... and ive made some sales that i know from witch affiliate...

I know that google offers a converstion tracking program but if we are promoting over 50 products and its not our own product.... how can we know witch keyword convert if we cant add the source code to the webpage???

Most vendors these days will add your code tho to a thankyou page based on your id. Well Lev and Nebula do anyway :)
