I am a total newbie. Question is, is the Rich Jerk a good ebook for newbies.
(I see he is all over the place.)

I've heard it is, but I have also heard that you can learn pretty much everything he says in his book on this forum

A friend of mine bought this, and I read it too. It's one of the worst ebooks I've seen in a long time. It's all marketing and no substance. It only has about 40 pages long, and some pages and paragraphs are repeated more than once. There is absolutely nothing in the book you won't learn by spending a week or two reading forums on (like this one) on the web.

Rich Jerk is pretty good because it summarizes a lot of things you'll definitely need to know as a newbie in one place. However, if you can't spare the $49, as others have said, most of it is easy to find in forums.

For a newbie it is ok, it does not go into specifics, so for a newbie it might be a little confusing if you don't know anything about affiliate marketing

Ya why spend money for information when you can get it for free? Just ask around people seem to be nice enough to help...even if you are a newb

Here's the thing...I am such a newbie that, quite frankly, I am not sure of even what questions to ask, besides "How do I get started?"

lol I guess I see the problem than maybe Rich Jerk isn't a terrible idea for you. At least it's a place to start.

Yeah I got my start with an ebook, but really I learned more from this forum.
