Hello everyone,

First post here, so I hope I don't "screw up" (first impressions and all).
Anyway, I'm just getting my feet wet with the whole CB/Adwords thing with break even success so far, and I'm kinda still in "sponge mode" trying to soak up all the wisdom that I can. I have browsed/lurked this and other related forums at length, and have read Googlecash and The Definitive Guide to Google Adwords. I have also been somewhat of a student of copywriting recently, but realize that PPC copywriting is a little different animal.

So, any thoughts/advice on GoogleCash and TDGTGA  , specifically their current relevancy with recent changes in Google policy. If these are outdated, what is a good current resource?

Also, any relevant copywriting resources as it relates to Adwords and web (affiliate) marketing?

Looking forward to success
TonyG

You might want to check this site out http://www.cbmall.com/15ways.asp?storefront=clintd268. Its a great way to get some information on marketing clickbank products and the alot of the information here is spelled out for you in a no bull kind of way. Just reading it got my pumped up and motivated to try some new things. Its worth a look.

Welcome to ewealth.

I think as far as adwords copy. Googlecash still has it right on. It has become more difficult to fine the "deals" the author uses. But there are still many profitable programs around. It's all about keywords and adgroups. If you group small and have targeted adcopy you should do fine. Start any new program slowly and keep tweaking it. Then put the hammer down.

That's pretty slimey, Clint. The last thing TonyG needs is to be looking at CBMall through your affiliate link. :sleazy:

TonyG is asking for copywriting resources. Thats a far cry from CBMall - or maybe you just can't tell the difference...

TonyG - The best copywriting resource I have found regarding Adwords Ads and Landing pages is a book called "Tested Advertising Methods" by John Caples. It's available on Amazon for about $10. Others may point you towards a book by Maria Veloso - which is also a very good resource.
