I wouldnt say the product is of the highest quality, but they have a no refund policy which makes them pretty good for keeping money...so far... however, the pro and elite download pages are EXACTLY the same, if you buy pro, you get the elite download page... so the difference there is only money. Lately though ,I've had very few sales. I guess maybe that game that was going on is over. (I'm not sports minded)

How can they have a no refunds policy if they are selling this through Clickbank?
Clickbank forbids a no refunds policy.

I'm not really sure, except perhaps that not everyone would think to go to clickbank for it.. but that's what they say, no refund because it's a digital product.. my husbands working on getting one (a refund) right now.. he has contacted the vendor support repeatedly and gotten help that doesn't help. Ill dig through his computer and see if i can find the page, if it doesnt link to the download page I can show you where they say no refunds..

You can EASILY get a refund; just go right over the vendor's head. All you do is send an email to: refunds@clickbank.com and give them a copy of the receipt that was emailed to you. Actually, the easiest way to do it, is to just forward your receipt email to refunds@clickbank.com

If you don't have the email, I would just give them your receipt ID. You have to atleast have that I beleive. You don't even have to say anything, you just send your receipt number to the email address I gave you above.

I'll tell my husband... that was the only time I had ever seen a merchant say no refunds and I know I cant take back movies and cds, so we just thought maybe we were screwed,.... but I wonder, why don't I have a whole mess of refunds?? I had one guy buy a satellite product, a week later he bought another one that I promote, just a different merchant..something tells me he didn't have a lot of luck with the first one....
