What's Wrong?! I was doing well!

Hi guys.
I've made a new campaign few days ago. That campaign was built only with selling keywords, after 2 month of gathering the best of them.
I had amazing ROI and CVR.
1:25 conversions, 10-15 sells a day. 0.17 CPC avg.
About 350% ROI after refunds.

Now it's been 24 hours and only one poor sale!
Yesterday wasn't a blast either.

Don't you ever have the feeling that someone is messing your business up?

There are always many factors involved. One can never be to sure of whats going on. However we all have our suspicions that someone or something may be messing things up.

man, thats how Tuesday was for me this week.. only one sale! And I'm used to 10-15 a day also.. I've just come to expect bad and/or negitave profit days.. but yesterday, I made double what I usually make, so it all balances out.. you cant predict sales in this biz from what I've learned.. just go w/ the flow

Troubleshooting in this business is just impossible.
I found my self changing pages that used to work but all of a sudden just stoped selling.

That reminds me, once I used to promote a product in the investigation niche using a keyword with 200-300 clicks a day, and I was the only one using that keyword!
I used to sell 1:50 with 0.04 CPC!
Some day I made even 10-12 sales...

Now suddenly it makes 0-1 sales a day, for over 2 weeks.
No competition yet, even in the organic search.

What the hack?!
I find myself drinking a beer and staring the wall... wondering...

I agree with Chillware, it all balances out. Somedays you have a ton of sales, then some days it sucks, no explanation.

I think that these "slipping sales" issues are CB's fault. The statistics just can't be beaten, and there's no other explanation in this industry.

im the same.. start of this week was great.. on day i even got 2 sales in 6 clicks.

i havent sold a think in the last 2 days and have had 200 clicks :shoot:

I agree cb can be unpredictable...I had really good ctr for 3 days then today I wasn't even given any impressions and all my keywords have a good standing...I don't know if it's google or cb or both. From what I've read here though it seems nobody wants to buy anything on Fridays their all to busy getting smashed ....Just Kidding, or maybe notI suppose...Maybe I should join them . Hopefully tomorrow will be better...

Most of us in here at some point have felt your Pain. My thoughts are this:

1) High costs of Fuel
2) War in Middle East
3) Summer Vacation
4) Economic Slowdown (Even Major Corps Like Walmart)
5) Eroding Consumer Confidence.

This list could be added to I am sure. I do know one thing, the issues mentioned above do have an impact on Spending. It'll get better. :)

i was getting a sale with only a few clicks a few days ago..
now i havent sold ANYTHING in a few days and have had over 300 clicks.. is THAT normal?? seems a little crazy

what do you guys do in this situation?

I do ... every time Google changes its algorithm. One day you're a good Google citizen playing by their rules, the next day you're an outlaw expected to pay 10x for the same kws. It's enough to make your gums bleed.
