Clickbank will not accept my product... The Free E-Books is my guess of why they won't release my product. I am giving so much away, I think they see a loss due to my product

What should I do? Can I legally say on my sales page

"Clickbank, the most known payment processor will not accept my product because of what I am giving you today... blah blah etc..."

Can i say Clickbank on my sales page if I am in a way bashing them? I use clickbank everyday and will continue to.. .but they won't accept my product, so who else can I use that pays a commission?

Hint: This will not cause a financial loss, it will be a HUGE financial gain in affiliate marketers pockets... :) Plus it will be an amazing marketing tool for your E-Book - Just that I can't use clickbank :(

Did they do the "Thank you for your interest in Clickbank. Our security advisor has viewed your website and has declined acceptance. no other information is available"

If you submit it again, they should give you a reason

You know you could always get an seller's account by submitting a product that they would have no reason to deny, and then sell your other product under a different Product ID. You wouldn't get a Marketplace listing, and they probably frown on this, but it would allow you to sell it through Clickbank.

What's up with your product, why do YOU really think they aren't accepting it? Is it legal?

Yeah.....I was wondering the same thing. Do you have rights to all the ebooks you're including?

The first one looks a lot like your original Profit Monster site, you should remind them of that.

For the other two, since they are more "adult-oriented", Clickbank might have reason not to want those type of sites. I recommend multicards.com, which I am using for Arousta. They are extremely easy to work with, but the only disadvantage is that they don't have a built-in affiliate program, so you will have to use a third-party script and manage it yourself.

I won't give my sales page away untill product is finished fully... put it this way, the web site has took 2 programmers 3 months to complete... 7 days a week. Due for completion by the end of the month.

LOL! http://www.bangflick.com

Nebula, you're one crazy guy.

I'm suprised you even tried to submit that site to ClickBank.
I guess you never know unless you try.

However with http://www.onlinerevenueplus.com I wonder why they denied it? There are many sites similar to that, perhaps they are just overwhelmed with those types of sites.

Clickbank isnt even compatible with multiple tiers

Also, if you take out the templates, Clickbank might accept your site. For some reason they don't allow the sale of templates.

Thanks dude, I'll check out Multicards, I put those on paydotcom but they go straight to the backburner for now, the CB stuff is top of the priority list

WPG, sorry for derailing... I'll check out the rest of the thread

your "30 day money back guarantee" line breaks one of the clickbank rules, that is a no no they have listed on thier page.. maybe thats why they are turning you down.. you are not allowed to contradict thier 8 week refund policy..

i believe saying "life time membership" is another no no, you'd better read up on clickbank site again before submitting, start here: http://www.clickbank.com/setup.html#ppp

Yeah I think it might have to do with the fact that it is NOT an ebook and in the TOS it says that only digitally delivered products are exceptable, it might seem to them like its more of a physical consultation then digitally delivered. With this I would make it simpler, an ebook, a database, or at least a page with directions and get it approved :) If it was just a matter of changing the "lifetime membership or 30-day thing they would have just quickly asked you to change it & let them know when it was done & they would then approve it.
