Within 7 minutes today, I had two different sales (Not Weird)
But both products were bought by the SAME person (Very Weird)
Again...they were 2 completely different products bought by the same person with 7 minutes!
I like this guy :)
Has anyone else seen this before?

He probably made the mistake of clicking the Order button twice and it took a while for the second order to show up (because ppl have been talking about how weird ClickBank has been lately). Have no worries, it will be fixed sooner or later.

I had the same guy buy the same PRODUCT twice.... but not on the same day. He bought it again a week later....And it's funny because you can install this software on up to 5 computers... how many does this guy have??
I have never had a refund.. so I don't imagine he's returning the first one..

No, they were completely different products from completely different websites.

No, like I said...it was 2 completely different products - not affiliated with each other and NOT from the same website, just bought by the same person.

Yeah, that's strange. I've had that happen, but not within that kind of time frame. It could be a coincidence, it could be a credit card fraud, keep an eye on the sales and see if they get refunded or charged back, if not then that's just a strange coincidence.

Oh I get it dude ....yeah thats crazy...Wait, so they were both products being promoted by you with an adwords account? Maybe a competitor looked up your whois of your landing page and bought the products for some paranoid reason?

Credit Card fraud...I haden't thought of that...but I suppose that is a real possibility.

Yeah, they were both products promoted via adwords, but for these two specific products, there was no landing page - it went direct to the merchant.

Two totally different niches? Maybe you just make a ton of sales and it was bound to happen sooner or later? Crazyness

Do you have links or any sort of marketing materials for one product advertised on the other? If they are related niches, an upsell is a great idea.

No, I don't.
However, the "Art of the Upsell" has truly been perfected by a few rather large clickbank merchants out there, and it really is amazing to me that other merchants don't attempt this more often.
Lev, another records site out there has recently added an upsel ($10) that is an additional eBook about records investigations, and I have seen that not only do more than 50% of the people select the highest membership option (lifetime), but about 75% of those that select the highest membership option have selected the additional $10 ebook. I think Professional Cash could add signifcant dollars to their bottom line (and their affiliates as well) if some of these strategies were attempted (perhaps in conjunction with some of changes you plan for state auctions / repo autos per your posts in another thread). Maybe an eBook about "Now Make A Living Selling Reposessed Cars" and charge $10 or so for it....it is a definite added incentive for those who could be on the fence about purchasing if they know 1) not only can I find real estate/autos at significant discounts for ME, but 2) perhaps I could make a career out of it. If they're gonna spend $35...what's another $10 for a way to implement this opportunity they are ready to pay for??
Just some thoughts.
