I'm new to this forum and wanted to see if anybody has any opinions on ROIRocket. I've noticed several of the clickbank products starting to move to ROIRocket. One thing I like about ROI is that they seem to be eating the refunds...which is one of my biggest problems with Clickbank. :innocent:

Hey Kevin, welcome to the forum.
I use ClickBank, never heard about ROI Rocket. If you're getting to many refunds it's usually a problem with the product or the market.
Anyway, I won't be switching, ClickBank works quite well for me. :)

I have a few campaigns with ROIRocket. Their staff is very professional and helpful. My biggest complaint is they pay out every 60 days. This might be acceptable for some but I'm just starting out and having someone sit on my paychecks for 60 days would kill me. Also, their payment, and accounting policy (or any policy for that matter) is not clearly stated which worries me a bit. I decided to stick with clickbank for now, I like the paycheck every 2 weeks.
Thanks,
Celato

twice a month is a very long time to wait lol, even once a month is long
for digital products, ClickBank is still the number one choice

I currently do not run many offers through ROI Rocket, but I do casually know the owners, and from what I understand, they pay net 30, with even faster payments (sometimes weekly) for larger affiliates.
They are always good on payments, from my experience with them now, and in the past on other projects.
I emailed their CEO after reading this post, and he emailed me back saying he was still getting his signup "approved" so I thought I would pass this on for him.

Hi,
I am the affiliate manager at ROIRocket and watch the forums regularly.
To address Kevin's statement, ROIRocket's parent company, RS Media, owns several of the offers that are in the ROIRocket network. ClickBank does the processing for those businesses so naturally they can be found at ClickBank as well.
In regards to the post that discusses ROI's payment terms, our printed terms are net 30 days. However, we have several affiliates that are on a net 14 or net 7 day payment schedule.
Lev, please email me so we can talk about PPSeer. It is one of our products.

Hi just wanted to say I got my ROIRocket check today. Looks like the payout time is not 60 days like I was first told. It took 40 days from the end of the pay period to the actual day I got the check in the mail. Not quite as fast as clickbank but I'm sure several of those days my check was riding around on a mail truck. I'm not sure if ROIRocket is eating the refunds or just not giving refunds but they didnt deduct anything from my check, and there was no $2.50 check fee, or 10% allowance. Once I get the ball rolling a little more and can afford to wait on a check I will be promoting ROIRocket programs more often. Thanks ROIRocket, I look forward to receiving more money from you in the future. :D

This is really interesting and open to some debate. I can see how one side feels this way and yet others feel another. Personally, it's very hard to say. I think I'm not going to take a stand on this yet. Curious to see what others feel.

I usually do a large volume through ROI Rocket and I have always found them to be great to work with. They're always professional and I can contact them any time. ROI Rocket is better than Clickbank hands down.

I think it's great that someone from ROIRocket actually keeps track of what people are saying in the forums and replies to people's questions and concerns. That is better service than you get from CB.

I haven't heard of ROI yet, but I will check it out. I have a problem with returns at click bank too. Out of about 4 sales 1 gets refunded it is almost like clockwork. And it's not just one product, I Promote 67 products from clickbank and it is pretty much the same with every product.
