Actually i just bought a new domain but i dont now how to MAKE A FRONT PAGE OR TO ADD FILES.

If you click on this link http://www.dragonflycms.no/Downloads/details/id=1530.html then there it says download file. But after i downloaded it, what should i do.. I need help really BADLY...

Upload it using FTP.

use free software to help u upload ur files (that have GUI) to make it easy

FTP software is used to upload files provided you know basics of designing web pages or else you might need help in every stage
