Are you looking for job training?
If so, go to college.
If you want to learn how to program, then look no further than google, the public library, or the college library.
There is so much information out there on the internet alone that you can learn everything you'll ever learn from college about programming, without ever getting up off of your ass.
A while back, Microsoft released a free version of their Visual Studio product called "Visual Studio Express". Download that along with some code samples, get a book or two at the library, some hot coffee, and get to work.
But college might be for you. If I do remember correctly, college was a great place to party, score with chicks, and join clubs. For education, IMhO, google and the library are better places to get the learn on - at least for programming. That is unless, you want to learn how to program mainframes.
