You have to try Mailchimp it is not as fancy as aweber but it has the functions for a mailing list.. I have tried it and I loved it..

I'm looking for a free program to design fortnightly marketing newsletters for email.
Do you know of any good programs or tools?

Thank you very much for your comment. Last few days I tried a lot finally I found a site named http://www.ucrux.com it met my purpose, and I love its interface. I just tried it and I am convinced.

I read this somewhere that for mailchip they don't allow affiliate marketing don't know for sure.. if you are looking for a free autoresponder look at listwire..
