Is Internet Marketing saturated?
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked that over the years. And my answer today, is the same as it was in the beginning;
“Absolutely NOT!”
While it is true that Internet Marketing has changed dramatically, and there is fierce competition (especially in adwords and Google) Internet Marketing remains a viable source of income for anyone willing to apply proven techniques from those who have mastered it.
In many ways Internet Marketing is better today then ever before! Higher commissions, more and better products, and more and more companies jumping into the Internet Marketing Pool!
So learn the techniques, duplicate the ones who have been successful, and know that you are in the best opportunity out there!

I believe in my own words about saturation of Internet Marketing.
For every industry out there their is a niche in every niche there are unlimited angles for every niche.
Yes broad keywords are saturated that is why you got to find you niche audience are there are all kinds of people out there so there are unlimited angles to market you just got to know what you are looking for and how to do it.
Interenet Marketing is changing everyday new products on the market are being made as we speek to be distributed within the internet and of course there will be a market for you.
Make Sure to take action because you got to test to find out if something works and when it does stick with it and try something else then you find another one and on and on.
That is why it takes alot of time to build your business and that is what people don't understand about it. It doesn't work overnite they quit because of all the promises that were gave to them. I know this was me a few years ago.
When I found that out I put it all behind me and move forward. I hope this helps all of you strugging right now. Talk to you in the forum Mike.

To be candid with you, I think internet marketing is somehow saturated not helped by the fact that many people keep coming in by the day. The funny thing is that as some rush in, so do they also rush out.

I agree, there is tons of potential with Internet Marketing.
I particularly like SEO and search marketing. I am really amazed at the free advertising that keyword research can do for you.
If you find a keyword niche that is not too domainated if you site starts getting page rank then you can get so much free traffic.

I agree, I don't think IM will ever be full saturated. All you need to do is find an untapped niche and work it to the bone. There are hundreds of them out there.

Well, I hope it's not saturated, since I'm just getting into it....
My question is: What does "saturated" mean to you, in terms of earning potential? No money in it at all or hundreds of dollars a month as opposed to thousands a day?

I personally agree with your statement, it must not be that saturated because there are practically millions of niche out there waiting to be explored and domintaed. Just start with a unique niche and you will always know that there are a lot of ways to make money online with a new niche. :)

It's not that saturated, I can say that the standards of search engines became higher to really filter the best results and sites.

It's all in the perspective. In fact my own perspective shifts from moment to moment. Some moments I think it's a wide open vista of as yet untapped possibilities. The next I think so many know so much more than me and have been at this so much longer what possible chance do I have to succeed?
So I'm learning to maintain an even keel -- not get too excited when it looks like I finally have a chance to negotiate Mt. Internet profitably, and not get too depressed when I do dumb things like have my security program erase all the tracking cookies to the only site I've found that gives me a WORKABLE blueprint to make money -- and now their network won't let me back in, to my deep regret and dismay.
Yet here I am, taking another step because I DO believe there's income to be made online and I'm best off joining a group like this to help me.

Absolutely not! Internet is actually the largest market on the planet. You can reach such a large spectrum of consumers that it makes other markets so small in comparison.
I do have to say that the competitions is very fierce. However, there's like of beginners online not knowing what they're doing. For beginners I recommend education --- not saying go out there and buy up all the books. But I do recommend that you pick one and learn from them. Once you learn from them, you can do alot of the research and test marketing yourself. Only reason I recommend learning from a guru, is to eliminate all the mistakes that you would normally would make. It'll save you time and money all together.
Internet is out there and it'll always be a Big Market until computers go away.
Good Luck,

Saturated? No. Competitive? Fiercely yes.
The number of users who visit the Internet
increases literally exponentially by the day.
Someone has to satisfy the informational
needs of these hungry visitors.
Just my 2 cents opinion.

There are so many niches that anyone can compete for that internet marketing will never become saturated. There are also new niches being created everyday as well especially with new technology and such.

Internet marketing is definitely paving its way in the business industry. More and more people are now going into this type of business and undoubtedly, it is a great source of income for many people. In fact it is one of the alternative ways that most unemployed people do in order to earn money.

Any niche will get saturated eventually. It is a factor of how hard it is to enter the niche, how money and knowledge you need. However, sophisticated affiliates will always be able to generate profits. Its a matter of creativity.
In my very first 'niche domination' I entered a highly competitive niche, but I entered it from an angle that very few marketers though of - and was able to generate profits. It's all about your creativity and abilities.

9 out of 10 Network Marketers are spending more on their business than they are making. None of them have training on how to generate a consistent flow of leads. They hate cold calling, chasing family and friends and are suffering from lead poverty. They have bad retention rates in their business and they don't know how to make money from people who don't join their business. Want to know the secret? let me show you how to be successful in this industry as an internet marketing mentor.

We are moving forward and lets face it the internet is a a great market and I cannot think of anything right now that could replace it. There will just be more and more marketers out there hence, better and unique ideas is your weapon to be on the edge.

This is a very interesting subject. I think it boils down to a matter of opinion though. I personally think that internet marketing is far from saturated. If you take a look at what's happened in the last few years economically, youll see a shift from Industrialism to Technology. The great businesses of the past are dying. Industrialism is being replaced by technology which leads us to a new era of business. The age of the internet virtual reality, virtual shopping, virtual real estate, & digital yellow pages. Having an online business is far more profitable than a brick & mortar situation with employees, health care benefits, Overhead ( property taxes, utilities, insurance), and of course the wicked commute. The writing is on the wall for those of us who are watching. All of those expenses have driven many companies out of business and there are many more to come. As more & more small businesses close their doors and go online they will all need the services of us internet marketers. The sooner they learn these skills the better off they'll be. I think we could not be in a better place at a better time. It is just beginning to happen. There will of course continue to be evolution in our space but that's how anything has been and will continue to be. My advice to everyone is to continue to push yourself and learn as many marketing techniques as you can. Your services will be invaluable in the future as we all know there is very little education out there for what we do and very few people outside of our circles know what is happening. They will soon be seeking us out for our advice.
Best of luck to everyone!

I don't think that internet marketing is saturated. If you find your niche and work it with passion, you can succeed. Way too many people try and start, only to become disappointed because they don't know what the heck they're doing. They want instant wealth and it doesn't happen like that. Also it is most important that you study how the whole internet works; now that's crucial.

I agree with James. The internet has its own fast paced life. It couldn't be saturated abruptly, instead of saying saturated I can say that Internet Marketing is growing and continues to grow hopefully in a positive way. Many of us rely on the Internet since we live in the Internet age and this makes Internet Marketing highly dependable.

Yes, it is true as green boy has said that if we use internet in a right way and manner then sky has a limit. Internet will never get saturated but I feel that it will have many new invention, and innovation day by day. It will increase but not decreased at all.
And I agree to you. Amen. We should all learn to use it wisely and in a positive way. We should not abuse the use of it since it has been a great help to all of us. Examples like link farms are much of a disappointment, these link farms are things that make our Internet Marketing saturated

That is a very good answer to your own question. I must say that i am of the same opinion, it is simply impossible to saturate the internet, sure you could possibly find a saturated niche which has way too much competition, but there are all kinds of subniches and niches within niches. It is just like saying that there is no place for new products in shopping centres.
