Problem With Clickboth Affiliate Program

I have promoted Clickboth Affiliate Program where every Clickbooth affiliate is paid 10$ per every free affiliate that signup to Clickbooth through his affiliate link, but after geting 5. affiliates, they was suspended my campaign, with notice that I must to contact my affiliate manager in order to gain again the access to this campaign. Was anyone have the same experience with Clickbooth?!

Clickbooth will ask you to contact your rep for multiple reasons. You may be recognized as someone who is doing well with the referral program or they might just have a quick question. After looking into your concern I see the issue:

The old affiliate program was closed down because it was abused by fraudulent affiliates who were referring fraudulent leads.
The program has been replaced with a superior program that pays a percentage of the sign ups production for life.
The new program is a fantastic way to earn additional income!

So, with the new affiliate program, I can earn some procent of money from sales of my referrals. Can you tell me how much is that procent per one referral?!
