It can be quite inspiring and an education to hear the story behind how a blogger actually makes money, these appear to all be e-marketing related, their figures are for the most part, real numbers, not like the often hyped figures in ‘guru’ e-Books.
(These figures pale in comparison to Perezhilton.com who claims to have had over 8.82 million page views on July 30, 2007. websiteoutlook's profile: Net Worth: $4.59 Million, Daily Pageview : 2,095,238, Daily Ads Revenue: $6288.36 ($188k/mo) Guess a sharp tongue is more valuable than multi-lingual programming skills)
Here is a list of 59 BLOGs that report their income (http://workhomebusiness.org/blogs-reporting-income/), broken down by income source. Many are from Dec. 2008, some are a bit less current.
25 of them made over $1000 (the top one, John Chow claims $34,350)
26 $100 - $999
8 under $100
