I've had great luck with ClickBooth's programs. If your ads are anything like the one in your signature I can see why you're having trouble. Just FYI, smokers know smoking will kill them ... trying to sell them with "Stop smoking or die" isn't the best way to go about it :)

You can't base your decision on one product or one method of promotion. What methods of traffic generation are you using now? Perhaps you could try some different ones? Also, you will always be better off promoting multiple products too. I will tell you that quit smoking products do well towards the end of December and through January to coincide with everyone's New Year's Resolutions. Weight loss is another really good one for this time frame, as well.
