Your site is different but marketing is still marketing.
Your visitor may not stay long enough to see any value or benefit that your site offers them. The benefits can actually be significant. It is your job to let them know this or they leave. Your goal is to grab attention and keep it.
You want your best attention getters (benefits) as your headline and subheadline and pile on as many other benfits as you can. I suggest moving Cash Back Chart and What is this chart and replacing with headline and subheadline. Also Take what you think or know are the most popular stores and put them at the top in a "Most Popular Section?" to also help grab your visitor. (Visitor sees 800contacts and does not wear glasses...no more time here...gone...hope you see my point).
I like your idea of "free money". Perhaps, you could build on that. Keep in mind that you must show your visitor what is in it for them (they are in too much of a hurry to find out for themselves).
You might also want to add more navigation and add categories to make it easier on your visitor. Good Luck. I hope this info will be of help.
Much Success,

George,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write that, I will take what you wrote to heart. I especially like the most popular section. I will try to push the free money thing in the future designs.
A sincere thanks for you insight

Give your site a better look. Its way to black. And give it a good description in the front and a about us page to explain what you do exactly.
Great Niche, Stick with it :)
