What advice would you have for paying bonuses/incentives to an Affiliate Manager?

I can understand it is relatively straightforward to pay an Affiliate Manager when they are exclusively involved in managing a program, but if there are a few people involved, what can be done?

On what basis do networks, agencies and advertisers generally award Affiliate Managers bonuses?

I'd say a flat salary plus say 30% of commissions.

It is true that when there are more people involved in marketing, it creates confusion.

There are many different options:

>> Set a minimum target for the salary which you pay to them, the target should be 20% up then what is your actual projection.
>> If they achieve the target. Give the 20% to affiliate team and share them with all persons involved as per the salary the obtain.

It is up to you that how would you distribute the profit you make.
