What we are looking for, is a person, or group of people, to help generate traffic to our site.

We pay very very well for people who are capable of doing this! We are more looking for partners, but the compensation is very good.

May I ask what niche are those two websites in? Are you open for advertising your sites? What level of traffic are you expecting to get? Random or targeted? A little more clarification would help....

Do you have an affiliate program already setup? What percentage does it pay? Any more info other than what you gave us? That's pretty vague.
