Can you explain what scrub / no scrub means ?

Clickbooth has no scrub email campaigns. "No scrub" means that Clickbooth pays its affiliates for every email submit that respect its compliancy policy as well as the can-spam act.
Once the user enters a valid email address, the affiliate gets pay.
Affiliates are favorable to no scrub email campaigns as there is no charge-back or reduced pay-out. The payouts are calculated by taking into consideration the possibility of duplicate emails.

Clickbooth may be a good place to start if you are interested in no scrub email campaigns.
