Hi Lev!

I noticed at around 3 PM Clickbank time (Jan. 18th) you had changed the membership price to $34.95 for Reverse Records. I had to check it out after I saw some sales come in at $20.36 instead of the usual $17.36.

I'm just curious if you are testing this price out temporarily or if it will probably stay at $34.95.

Any plans on price changes on the other sites?

Some of us have the membership price in our ads that will need to be changed to reflect the new price.

The members section for all the investigative sites is completely changed. Now people who sign up get points which they can use for premium services, which will include actual criminal record report, background report, reverse phone searches, people searches. These searches are going to be provided by our partner companies and to cover our expenses, we are eventually going to raise the price for all the investigative sites. We are currently testing with the prices, so it will probably be in the range of $34.95-$39.95.

I will make an announcement and send out emails about the changes that are coming. We are really excited about them, since they will first of all satisfy the customers, which will cut the refund rate substantially. Also, by raising the membership price affiliates will get more comission per sale.

I'm excited too!! The Refunds have been crazy! But I am very puzzled by a trend that has been consistant. I advertise your products on both Google and Overture. My sales are almost equal between the two. But the Overture refunds are always 1.5 to 2 times more than Google! The Refunds for the Pay Period Jan. 1 to Jan. 15th is outrageous! Already past my all time high for Refunds in a Pay Period. And there is still Thursday, Friday, and Monday to add to the refund totals. Overture refunds are 3 times higher than my Google refunds so far for the last Pay Period! I'm actually afraid to look at the refunds that are posted each day.

When someone request a refund, can you block them from your sites? Does each person get a unique username and password?

Thanks Lev!
