Admin System Temporarily Unavailable

Our admin system is temporarily unavailable. At this time clients are unable to access the "My Account", "Marketplace", "Email Contact", and "Sign Up" pages. Also, sales notifications and receipts are currently not being sent.

Hoplinks and orders are functional, however they are operating on site and product data in the account as of 6:00 p.m. PST 2007-12-17

Does anybody remember what times the outage was scheduled for? I know I noticed the announcement last week sometime but I can't remember what time it was supposed to be back up.

mine are back up - but none of my accounts show any sales between 4pm and 6pm. Is this just a fluke on my end? Is anyone else showing any sales in that time slot?

Delay in Processing Changes to Account Settings, Admin System Outage, and Update on Scheduled Maintenance
2007-12-18


Changes made within an account to “My Site” or “My Products” were not reflected in order processing from 6:00 p.m. PST 2007-12-17 to 6:30 p.m. PST 2007-12-18.

From 10:30 a.m. PST to 6:30 p.m. PST on 2007-12-18 we experienced an outage of our administrative system. This outage left clients unable to log in to their accounts and access the “Marketplace,” “Email Contact,” and “Sign Up” pages. Also, sales notifications and receipts were delayed during this period and have since been sent.

During these time frames, all orders and hops were still processed normally. Additionally, we updated the system status page during this period to reflect the outage.

Due to these technical difficulties, we are rescheduling tonight’s planned website and system maintenance for a later date. We will let you know once we determine that date. We apologize for any inconvenience this interruption may have caused.

Hmm... guess that wasn't the scheduled downtime as I originally thought. Well handled by clickbank though and a detailed description of what went on as well. Can't complain about that.
