Getting complaints about Clickbanks payment processing?

I've had several complaints today from people trying to make a payment only to have clickbank's server hang there and never process the payment. Anyone else getting these complaints?

I hope clickbank is investing more of our money into hardware. They way my sales have been so extremely sporadic lately - makes me think that they are having some processing overload issues. They're leaving big bucks on the table by not being able to fully process during the heavy traffic periods.

I have had similar experiences and it is frustrating when it happens there is not much you can do except try a little later which is not what the customer wants to hear.

I've had one person email me and say they just couldn't order, no matter what they tried. They were in China, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it...

I too received emails from my customers complaining that they could not order through the clickbank order form.
I request them to try again.
But I think I lost many customers like this!
