New! ClickBank Order Form
2007-11-19

ClickBank is pleased to announce the release of a new and improved order form. We worked for several months designing, developing, and testing this new order form. Test results were overwhelmingly positive, demonstrating improved performance over the current form. Enhancements to the order form include:

New Look & Feel
Reorganized Product Content
Emphasized Security Features
Secure Payment
HackerSafe
Verisign
Improved Payment Method Selection
Clear Order Total
Better Error Handling
Reorganized Terms Of Sale
Enhanced Confirmation Page
Starting tomorrow morning (2007-11-20) we will release the new order form in a controlled fashion. To ensure there is no disruption to traffic and that the rollout is successful, we will carefully monitor the transition of traffic to the new order form. We intend to complete the rollout of the new order form by close of business 2007-11-20.

If you are a publisher that passes a title through your paylink, the order form will display the title properly. If no product title is passed, the ClickBank generated product name will appear.

If you have any questions or comments about this enhancement, please contact Customer Service.

Maybe that's why I was experiencing bad sales as from 17:00 yesterday (or maybe it is related to the paypal issue), but hey the new order form should be awesome once it works moothly.

Really looking forward to this:)

It's not just you, my sales were way down from yesterday afternoon.. down by about 30% for a normal monday.. but hopefully the dip in sales will be worth it once the new order form kicks in..

Also, Please note that the order form is now greyed out (nuetral) by mcaffee right now becuase CB changed to order domain to ssl.clickbank.net for some reason. Lets all start posting positive comments now to get ahead of the jag offs!!!

Finally! I've been looking forward to this for a long time :)
I have my fingers crossed, but it would be great if the new order form is actually going to cause a noticeable increase in CR & $$$$$ :balloon:

I'm not sure if SiteAdvisor even looks at subdomains, but afaik ClickBank has always used the ssl.clickbank.net domain (?)

Anyway, it actually looks like Clickbank.net is marked green now :)

Their split testing the order form but doing it the WRONG way.

Their changing it back and forth every twenty minutes or so. They need to be A/B split testing.. grrrr

The new one looks good though-- I like the hacker safe logo. :)

WOW

what's going on with my sales, is freaking crazy.

Its' way up 1 hour and then way down the next hour.

Hopefully they will be done with their test soon and we all enjoy awesome revenue)

I received this from one of the top executives of ClickBank...

ClickBank.net has been turned back to green on SiteAdvisor. We were able to work with McAfee and help them understand our business model, and how the red flag negatively affected ALL of our publishers, not just the publisher deemed suspicious by McAfee. We thank all our clients for their patience during the time it took for us to work through this difficulty with McAfee.

All I can say is wow. They got the McAfee issue sorted and now the new order form, which has been my ONLY issue for months. That's fantastic. Clickbank is definitely on top right now :)

after all the issues at the beginning of the year, it's great to see that clickbank has really turned it around and is finishing off the year so positively.. looking good for 2008!

The new order form (ssl.clickbank.net) is actually queued for testing so it's grey as of now. However there are already two green comments about it - but we need more green reviews!

I posted green before. Does that mean I should post again under the new circumstances?

I have no idea to judge whats happening with the new order form being rolled out.. orders are coming in huge gaps and waves.. 5 orders all at once for 1 product, then nothing for a while, then 4 orders all together for a different product.. etc. etc.

Yup pixels, same here.

BUT, and this is a big BUT:) late 3 hours have been very good, and im sure once they stop changing the form we will all have a big (green) smile on our faces.

Cheers,

Richard.

I've got an account with clickbank that averages about $300/day, today it's reading $0.00 and yesterday was roughly $100. I hope its not the new order form that is causing it....only time will tell.

Yea, last 24 hours have been really bad, but let's give CB time to adjust their new order form:)

Well for me, sales haven't been BAD. But I would say they should be a bit better. I'm just going to attribute that to market conditions for now though.

My sites usually make sales every 10 – 30 minutes and have been consistent throughout the day. However I noticed that there have ZERO sales since17:39 click bank time. I am suspecting that it is due to the new order form.

Can any venders or affiliates share your experience with the new order form so far?
Have sales increased decreased or stayed the same?

I should be able to give some pretty accurate stats on the new order form.

I was split testing, and on all traffic these past few weeks my page was converting at 2.24%

Since new order form it's down to 1.94, but take into account these are early results with only a few hundred sales through.

Alex

I'll post an update in around a week.

Ever since CB removed that Security Msg that appeared when ever you got to the "Account Home" page, things look fine:)

I normally do around $100-$200 a day in CB sales but for the last 2 days it's been $o! could this be down to the order form? or other factors such as thanksgiving etc.?

Sales have been at 60-70% over the last 2 days. Plenty of sales from countries all over the world, but only a few from the US. The PPC traffic also went down here to +- 75%, so it looks like it's just Thanksgiving related :).

Try to take note of the conversions guys. If sales are down, there's a good chance it's Thanksgiving. Sales are just about always low on American holidays. However, if you're getting a significant drop in conversions, then you might want to start taking a closer look. Though an explanation for that too, could be that people are saving their money for Christmas shopping instead of buying info products. So right now, it's fairly hard to tell.
