Several accounts have been closed for ongoing complaints concerning
Google ads that are "selling" xxxxxx which is a free download.

my CB account was closed yesterday, i write email to them, this is their reply, i send another email to CB request to restore my account, i promise i won't use the keywords or promotion this product in google ads, but no response until now, would anybody give me a sugesstion? thanks in advance.
