Does anyone know where or how to gain access to public record databases for use within a website? I'm not saying affiliate programs, but actually incorporating a database for use within the site. (i.e., courtrecords.com, ussearch.com, backgroundchecks.com, etc) and sell access as they do?

For instance one of the above mentioned sites states this:

Our data is obtained directly from the administration of the courts, state’s central repositories, county and criminal justice systems.

I need to know what avenues to take to get/buy this information. I know this could be expensive, but I'm/we're interested nonetheless.

I have a couple of prime search keyword domains and I'm thinking about development, but I need to clear this hurdle first.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry if this is in the wrong area.

If you want to buy public records, thats going to cost you a lot, but there are options like leasing it. Check out infousa.com, they are the biggest in their field.

I have did some searching and here is what I have found.

BACKGROUND RECORDS
CRIMINAL RECORDS
PEOPLE SEARCH
DRIVING RECORDS
BUSINESS RECORDS
SEX OFFENDER SEARCH (http://www.webwholesaling.com/information.html)

And about 10 other tools that could make running affiliate program very successfully.

Imagine being able to verify everything a person put in the form when signing up to your affiliate program
