I've made $80k in one month on Clickbank before. However, in that month, I spent the bulk on that on Adwords & Overture ads. It's one thing to say that you had a *revenue* of $80k -- quite another to show that alongside the advertising costs.

If you are a Clickbank vendor that does not have serious affiliates, and you are only using PPC campaigns by yourself, then there will be an absolute limit to your potential, based on volume, and the reality that there is competition on the ppc's that you advertise on. $80,000.00 US Dollars breaks down to $20g's a week, or 2,857.00 a day, which at $35 a sale, is about 81 sales a day. Trust me, anyone who tells you they make 80 grand without affiliates, using google, is probably full of baloney, unless they are smart as hell, and that USUALLY SHOWS IN THEIR PRODUCT! My best month with a Clickbank product was with my product www.beats365.com (http://www.beats365.com) in where I made $40,000 each payperiod. However, that was with 10 power affiliates that kick fucking ass, and 20 other dudes that advertise in magazines, TV and cd distribution. The simplicity of Clickbank sells, so I have yet to figure out a way to sell the methods of Record sales, (Which have made me more than 6 digits in one month) using a combination of BET, XXL and The Source magazines.(Very complicated though) When you do advertise with print, or on TV, I would advise you do not use clickbank because they do refunds, and if your product is actually good, and worth buying, good reviews, etc you dont want competition leaking the fact customers have a certain time to get their money back. My products have always overdelivered, meaning that the customers actually like the product, which is an enigma in the clickbank world, but after wasting so much time with waiting lists, contracts and other bullshit associated with classic advertising, Clickbank is quick, self contained, and can be alot of fun. Yes, I can show you how to spend 9 grand on an magazine ad and make $100,000. Open your mind. Thats what TheProfitMonster is about, we'll see how it does, it's probably going to mess me up, grow competition and Ill take it down. :lol:

That sounds good, rap beats and hip hop beats are a little more at first, around 30 cents, but I've got guys who have been doing it with good CTR and their rates are as low as 10 cents.

I did that a Month and a half ago just to prove to some members on another Forum that you can't always believe screenshots. I manually calculated each and every paycheck. Go ahead, calculate any of the paychecks. The Paycheck numbers add up. The only thing that would make this unbelievable is the numbers. If I changed the numbers so that it would look like I was getting around $100,000 a Pay Period (Sorry, I'm not quite there yet), then there would be lots of people that would believe it even though it is bogus.

Maybe I could become the next richprick! But that one is already taken. Good news!! I just checked. therichdork.com is still available!! I should register it. :lol:

I'm pausing the campaign. I've spent nearly $150 and only made three sales.

There's my campaign for beats365 -- have a look at it and tell me what you think could have gone wrong other than poor conversion. Do those Top 10 keywords on the list convert well for you? They were recommended on your site. I'm not very familiar with this particular niche so I'm not sure. Thanks

I saw that you had a couple sales.

We see great conversions with the keyword "hip hop beats" and "Beats"

The bad thing is, you spent a shit load to get those sales.

I can tell you right now, from seeing your campaign (with every keyword color of the rainbow jumbled into one adgroup) That your sales probably came from the keyword "Beats" considering your ad. Your ad copy looks nice, just add "beats365" somewhere in there.

Most of those clicks probably clicked in the first place cause they thought it was a new site they had never seen before. The main problem off the bat, is your ad didnt explain that it was Beats365. They got to the site only to turn back around, because they thought it was something new to check out or they were already members.

The keyword "hip hop music" is tricky, when using that keyword, you might want to make a new ad for that, (put a limit on it, and only do it with conversion tracking. Lets get the conversion tracking going if you want: producerjamie@yahoo.com

Well, i set up some ads but Google didnt like them. Said the site i was linking to, beats365, had pop ups.

Gotcha, we were trying the exit pop-ups this week, it doesnt seem to be doing anything different, + a couple affiliates told me the same thing.
I'll have my guy take them down tommorrow. If you can give it a shot, I think you'll be happy with the results, we renovated the site.
