Hi all!

Just to let you know the new website from John Reese which is called BlogRush (http://www.affiliatemarketingonline.net/go/BlogRush). The system is based on a widget you install on your blog. This widget show up feeds that are targeted to you blog topic. Just imagine: you are now promoting automatically your feeds on related and targeted blogs across the Internet. This is a MUST HAVE if you are a serious blogger!

I would also recommend joining Mybloglog. It's kind of like Blogrush.

It's such a clever idea. If you're a member, whenever you visit a blog with the widget installed, the widget there says you visited that blog. If you put your picture or avatar in your profile, it will show that too.

So, if you visit ten Mybloglog blogs in a week, your avatar and name will be left on all of them. You're bound to get some clicks coming through from this, particularly from other bloggers, a certain percentage of whom will become regular readers (and may eventually even link to your blog from theirs).

There are many communities out there like this,
some of them like www.blogcatalog.com and mybloglog,
that is one of the ways to generate traffic and it really helps me to generate traffic....

I have that Widget. But too bad, the most number of visits I ever got was just 5 out of 2000+ syndication. ARGH.

i've used this blogrush for quite sometimes. and to say that it's effective i think not quite so yet. Despite of the feeds widgets i think my site rarely appear in other people's widget. So i got clicked less than 100 for about 3 months of usage which is quite bad i guess. And the most annoying thing about this widget is quite large and using javascript that slow down the upload speed of my site. That's why i opt not to use it anymore
