Hello!

Does Google use META tags?

If you do affiliate cloaking eg) using frames or php, can you theoretically leverage the use of META tags, or comments, or any other HTML tricks to make your site appear to be more "relevant" to Google, so that your Quality Score goes up?

In other words:

Let's say I have an affiliate cloak through a frame. Let's say the webpage does NOT have the word "dog" on it. But I WANT the keyword "dog" to come up with an OK or a Great Quality Score for the keyword "dog".

Are there any ways to put keywords or text in the frame shell so that Google will pick up those words and rank their quality and relevance?

Just brainstorming some ideas...

Thanks for all of your help!
