When building an Adsense website.. would it be profit to use PLR Articles ??

If yes, can anyone give me the best source of PLR Articles sites?

Just type in "PLR aticles" in search box. make modifications...avoid Duplicate content.

PLR is very good when it comes to trying out this whole online thing at low cost

You must modify the PLRs... This is because duplicated contents do not rank well at all on search engines.

Yes, and you have to rewrite them very well, not just replace some words, but express the same paragraphs in another way. It is some effort. Google has become very good in recognizing even semantically similar content as duplicate!

Heres a neat little tool that helps when rewriting to avoid duplicate content penalties...

just copy/paste the original on one side and copy/paste the re-written article on the other.

PLR products can be very useful but you still have to re-write them significantly if you want to avoid the duplicate content issue.

In my case, however, I think that there are many other people who have the same PLR products as I do, but the only difference is that they just store it in their hard drive without selling them. So that still makes the PLR products I'm selling a little unique, even if I have done very little to change them. :)
