I understand that G maintains a historical record of the success of campaigns and uses that to base its SmartPricing charges.
Question:
If I am operating a Google client ad management center and receive an account that has bombed its CTR:
1. Will it affect the other accounts SmartPricing charges?
2. Should I just suggest that a new account be created rather than try to resuscitate the old one?
