Hey Guys,
I wanted to start this thread because I know many of you might have questions and need a place to ask them. Also, before you post, please refer to my "Got Questions" sticky...the response time will be much faster on the the more specific account related questions if you tell me your CD# or name.
You can reach me either on PM or on AIM: LisaIntegraClick.
I look forward to helping all of you! :)

Hi hgarcia0509,
I checked up on your application and I wanted to let you know that Sara in the Approvals Department would be looking at your app today and calling you to phone verify all your info a little bit later this afternoon. Phone verifying all info on the application is a standard practice here at clickbooth...we are not singling you out, don't worry.
If you have anymore questions, you know where to find me.
:)

If there are rhetorical questions, is there such things as rhetorical answers?

Hey,
I'm with Clickbooth. We've been so busy with ad:tech. Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. In response to your question, would you be able to contact me via aim and provide me with your name and email. I will then check with our approval department.

Hi Lisa, I am bringing a program there (it's actually already there but we are re-launching it) shortly. Just a pre-hello as I may need you here and there... I'm looking at the current programs traffic, and if you'd like to PM me your answer that is fine -
a) how many affiliates (or website owners) do you have to date?
b) What are their usual forms of marketing? (plugging banners/emails/text links/landing pages/ppc...??)
c) Do merchants within ClickBooth have access to the affiliate base or the affiliates that promote their programs? I know networks create a divide on purpose however our objective is a bit different and we encourage affiliate retention from the merch directly.
d) What types of managed programs or help do you offer for recruitment other than the usual announcements/email blasts to your internal list?
e) How do you moderate your results and traffic sources per client? (I'm already seeing a few aff's doing things they perhaps shouldn't i.e. popsup/overs - and sending no referrer traffic of which 93% stays on the site under 5 seconds)... can we cut affiliates or tell you to cut affiliates?
f) Do we manually approve each affiliate or are they approved as they sign up to your gateway and then free to promote any offer within it?
g) What incentive is there for someone like myself that may bring you tons of products/services to monetize within your base, and would thus be recruiting both merchants and affiliates through your system?
Perhaps I could have read all the FAQ's, however i like direct attention and make moves fast so perhaps even add me to your msn (pm) and let's touch base.
Cheers,
NC.

I want to ask you how to complete W-8 form.
(I'm not from US)
I found this:
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/338741/how_to_fill_form_w_8ben/
and this:

I see that you answer can not be considered as legal advice.
Thank you

An agreement that binds you and the merchant together gives you the permission to market the products of the merchant and to have your share in the profits on the sales made. The products of the merchant can be marketed in numerous ways, however the links that took consumers to their website will be specially coded that states you have been responsible for this consumer and so for this you get paid by the merchant.Things mentioned above feel great and are also true and you can be successful if you agree upon this because affiliate marketing is the simplest way to earn money online. There are also different types of affiliate marketing programs that require different things.
