I have a real estate directory website, PR3 which I'm working to build up to a PR5 (hopefully) by the end of the year. The directory allows a person to submit a listing and fill out a profile that includes a 1,500 word description that the user writes, their address with Google maps showing the location, their logo or images, documents, etc. They can even sell products (using their own PayPal account) from their profile-listing.
The directory is setup to allow the user to set up a pick their own keywords. In addition, they can change the keywords through their admin control panel that is provided at anytime. The link will appear on the category page that is one to two clicks from the homepage depending on the category they choose. Currently, we are offering free accounts that accept up to 3 categories with every submission. Each category provides a keyword rich link to the user's website for free.
