As far as I understand it you can't use adsense in places like traffic exchanges where your site is shown directly to a viewer. Not sure if you can use it in TrafficSwarm though, where you click on a text link first before the site is shown. Anyone know about this?

So when the text says that traffic exchanges are forbidden, that are showing the page directly, then all other must be allowed.

To me it makes sense, because Traffic Swarm is just showing ads. when that is forbidden, then all advertising of adsense sites must be forbidden?

When adsense rules say that showing ads for your site in traffic exchanges is forbidden, then it's clear. Else it must be allowed.
But if there's no clear statement about that so you must be unsure, then you could ask them.
